Process

How the work runs.

  1. 1

    Walkthrough

Before the machine arrives we look at water hardness, electrical, drain, and bar workflow. Most install problems are pre-existing site issues. We catch them now.

  2. 2

    Install day

Machine and grinder set, water filtered and tested, electrical confirmed, boilers brought up. Most two-group installs are a single day.

  3. 3

    Calibration

PID set to your roast, grinder paired and dialed, shot times calibrated. Your team gets a walk-through on the daily checks.

  4. 4

    Return visit

We come back inside the first month to verify everything is holding under real volume. Adjustments at no charge during that window.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can you help us pick a machine? +

Yes. We do not sell equipment, so the advice is honest. We will tell you what is realistic for your volume, your menu, and your build budget.

How long does an install take? +

Most two-group installs are a single day. Three-group installs and custom plumbing may run into a second day. We tell you a real timeline before scheduling.

Do you set up the water filtration too? +

Yes. Water is the single biggest variable in long-term machine health. We test the water on site and size the filter for your hardness and TDS.
