90-day workmanship warranty
If a repair fails for the same fault inside 90 days, we come back at no charge for the workmanship. Parts warranty follows the manufacturer.
Written estimates before work starts
Every repair gets a written estimate before parts are ordered or the machine is opened. No surprise charges on the invoice.
Rates stated in advance
Diagnostic, on-site, and emergency rates are stated before we drive out. After-hours rates apply only when you ask for after-hours service.
24/7 commercial emergency line
Commercial accounts get an emergency line answered day or night. After-hours rates are stated before we roll the truck.
What we will not do
We do not service single-serve, capsule, or drip coffee equipment. If a job is outside our scope, we refer you to someone honest who can do it.
